Hi, I’m Courtney! After a few week-long road trips in Utah and Colorado, I fell in love with the mountains, hiking, and exploring. Now, while my husband travels for work, I’m taking the opportunity to test my limits and fuel my adventurous soul by traveling solo (plus my two dogs, Oakley and Luna).
This blog is where I document my journey as I navigate the world of solo travel, living as a digital nomad, and discovering how to make life on the road work while traveling with pets. My goal is to inspire others to explore solo travel without feeling the need for a fancy RV or van. I’ll share everything I’ve learned along the way so you can learn from my experiences.
For me, life on the road is about more than just adventure. It’s about freedom, connection with nature, and the joy of traveling at my own pace. Having my dogs along for the ride presents challenges like finding dog-friendly places, but it also forces me to slow down a bit, which I think is a good thing.
